Whether or not you're a negroni fan, you'll want to try this new take made with gin.
1 oz. Odd Society Spirits Wallflower Gin
1/2 oz. Aperol
1/2 oz. Odd Society Spirits Bittersweet Vermouth
1 strip grapefruit peel, for garnish (or 1 sprig rosemary)
Pour all ingredients into a large mixing glass, stir and strain into rocks glass over a large Ice cube.
(note: if you don’t have access to large ice cubes at home, chill glass in freeze before preparing cocktail instead)
Garnish with grapefruit peel or fresh rosemary.
