1 oz. cognac
1 oz. Model Milk tonic syrup
1 dash lime juice
1 dash Angostura Bitters
4 to 6 oz. soda water
Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass with ice.
Top with soda and stir.

4 cups water
3 tbsp citric acid
3 tbsp cinchona bark
3 stalks lemongrass, roughly chopped
3 limes, zest and juice
4 cups sugar
Place first 5 ingredients in a pot over high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Strain off solids, add sugar and continue to heat on stove until sugar has dissolved.
Cool and store for up to 2 weeks in the fridge to use as desired.
