Eat North Variety Pack will have its fourth live-streaming episode on Thursday, April 16 12 p.m. MDT (2 p.m. ET) with a new line-up of fun guests. Here's the scoop!
Co-hosts Mairlyn Smith and Dan Clapson will be joined by panelist, instagrammer and food writer, Carmen Cheng to chat about food and drink current events in Canada before welcoming Vancouver drag performer Mina Mercury to the virtual round table. Mina will share her insight on how performers have been affected by loss of work at restaurants and bars during the pandemic before she heads into the kitchen and shows us her cooking prowess by making one of Mairlyn's recipes a bit more "fabulous".
Pay Chen will also join in to talk about the new #TakeoutDay movement across Canada as well as how she has been supporting local food and drink businesses in her home base of Toronto.
Last, but not least, Calgary-based rock musician Matt Blais will close out the show with an epic performance.
