A one-of-a-kind culinary experience is coming to Vancouver’s Coast Restaurant later this month that will provide 20 lucky patrons with the opportunity to take part in an indulgent seven-course Winter Crab Tasting event.
Taking place exclusively on November 28, Coast Restaurant’s Winter Crab Tasting event will feature a luxurious selection of crab-centric creations that range from butter poached king crab and rock crab agnolotti to snow crab stuffed monkfish and veal tenderloin dungeness crab oscar. Each of the seven courses also come complete with accompaniments designed to compliment the featured crab, along with a curated selection of saki and wine pairings.
Tickets to Coast Restaurant’s Winter Crab Tasting event are priced at $300 per person. Only 20 seats are available, so Coast recommends securing a reservation quickly.
