After a successful Labour Day event at Batch Vancouver this past weekend, Rosie’s BBQ and Smokehouse announced today that its popular taco offshoot will continue popping up at the Plaza of Nations patio as long as weather permits.
The Mazatlan-inspired taco pop-up menu features an array of offerings that aim to highlight slow-cooked local meats, made-from-scratch salsas, and Los Güeros artisanal tortillas.
In addition to classic varieties like pastor, carne asada, and carnitas, pop-up guests will also be able to choose from two signature “crossover tacos”, the Barbacoa Beef with marinated and smoked 63 Acres beef cheeks and tomatillo salsa and the 4AM Brisket with macha salsa.
Rosie’s BBQ and Smokehouse taco pop-ups will take place at Batch Vancouver every Tuesday and Friday until the end of patio season. Each pop-up will run from 3 p.m. until the tacos are sold out. Batch Vancouver is also planning to host a number of live music performances over the coming weeks, so keep an eye on Instagram for future announcements.
