Last month, popular Calgary-based chain Blanco Cantina announced that it would soon be opening its first-ever Saskatchewan expansion, and this past week, the Mexican eatery revealed that its new Saskatoon location will officially open its doors to guests on August 16.
Located between Broadway Avenue and the South Saskatchewan River, the new Cumberland Cantina promises to offer future patrons the same wide selection of tequila, modern Mexican comfort foods, and vibrant Latin-themed decor that Blanco has become known for.
Although the full menu and operation hours have yet to be revealed, Blanco has announced that its Saskatoon location will be open seven days a week and will offer its signature happy hour and Hangover Brunch specials.
Blanco also has plans to open a new Edmonton location in the near future, but details regarding its timeline have not yet been divulged.
