Vancouver's Beaucoup Bakery is launching a new line of plant-based pastries and sweets this month.
Their menu of French-inspired pastries will now include some creative plant-based options including almond coconut cruffins, gluten-free peanut butter sandwich cookies, and chocolate bonbons.
“Our guests have asked us to create plant-based pastries for a couple years now, and we’re happy to finally unveil this new collection,” says Betty Hung, co-owner of Beaucoup Bakery.
The collection officially launches on Friday, June 25, but you can get an early taste of the new treats at their sneak peek pop-up event on June 13 at Arc'teryx Kitsilano on 4th Ave.
