The coming of a new season always seems to spark the creativity in Canada’s culinary community and now that spring has officially sprung and Easter is fast approaching, another one of Western Canada’s premiere patisseries just added a new collection to the list of amazing Easter options in Vancouver. 

Available from now until April 18, Beaucoup Bakery’s Easter Surprise Collection is filled with a variety of comforting baked goods and decadent chocolate confections that range from carrot cake financiers and malted chocolate mini egg cookies to hand-sprayed pastel eggs and hot cross buns. 

To cap off collection, Beaucoup Bakery pastry chef and co-owner Betty Hung has created a stunning six-inch dark chocolate egg centerpiece that comes complete with a small stuffed toy or finger puppet, milk chocolate crisp pearls, and hand-painted mini Easter eggs. 

“Growing up, I loved finding surprises in my Easter eggs, and I wanted to recreate that experience with our Easter Collection this year,” says chef Hung. “Our big chocolate egg features delicious chocolates, but also a fun, small stuffed toy for kids. Our surprise cookie box features flavours often found during Easter but in cookie form. There is definitely something for everyone.”

Beaucoup Bakery’s Easter Surprise Collection is available at the bakery from now until April 18 or until it sells out.
