After an extensive hiatus of nearly two years, Top Chef Canada returns for Season 11 on Monday, October 14 at 10 p.m. ET.
As per usual, the show will be hosted by food personality Eden Grinshpan, but one notable change to the lineup is chef and fermentation specialist David Zilber joining the judging panel seemingly full-time this season. Familiar faces Janet Zuccarini, Mark McEwan, and Mijune Pak return as well.
The Top Chef Canada Season 11 competitors hail from coast to coast and include Rémi Lemieux, Alexander Fields, Shane Chartrand (Edmonton), Miriam Echeverria, Moira Murray, Christina Khan, Lisa Ahier (Tofino, BC), Haan Palcu-Chang, Ruby Gatt, and Chanthy Yen (Vancouver).
The season is also chock full of guest judges and food celebs such as Kristen Kish (Top Chef host and chef/partner, Arlo Grey – Austin, TX), Sarah Nurse (Olympic and World Champion, PWHL player), Andrea Carlson (chef/owner, One Star Michelin restaurant Burdock & Co – Vancouver), Antonio Park (chef/restauranter), Top Chef Canada Season 10 winner Tre Sanderson, and many more.
Top Chef Canada Season 11 premieres on Monday, October 14 at 10 p.m. ET. on Food Network Canada.
