There are so many craft gins on the market now that boast the use of different water sources and botanicals, but who can forget the bright yellow hue of Ungava gin, the all-Canadian gin that's made with hand-harvested Arctic herbs and plants? This holiday, make a cocktail with this unique Canadian gin. 

Tis The Season

1 egg
1 oz. Ungava gin
1/2 oz. Amaro Montenegro
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. maple syrup
nutmeg, for garnish

Load shaker with egg and syrup, and do a dry shake.

Add alcohol, juice and ice cubes.

Shake vigorously, then pour into chilled glass through a fine-mesh strainer.

Garnish with a grate of nutmeg.
