Instead of multiple spirits, super sweet syrups, soda, and everything under the sun, Justin Taylor of Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar opted for tea, juices, a simple liqueur and a vodka-style spirit.
Honey syrup can be made by mixing one part honey with one part water.
1 1/2 oz. Okanagan Spirits Aquavitus
1/2 oz. Okanagan Spirits Sea Buckthorn Liqueur
3 oz. cold brewed jasmine green tea
1/2 oz. Honey syrup
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. cranberry juice
Build ingredients over ice in a large Collins glass Stir to incorporate
Garnish with slices of lemon and fresh ginger.
