After three successful seasons airing on Citytv Saskatchewan, popoular food docuseries Flat Out Food is back for another year. Its season four premiere episode will air on Wedneday, Feb. 28, 2024.
Over the course of six episodes, the show's host Jenn Sharp will explore various facilities and production sites across Saskatchewan such as a pulse snack processing plant, apple orchards and more. Sharp will also join a group of Indigenous elders to learn about traditional foraging in the boreal forest in northern Saskatchewan.
As always, along the way, she'll meet with different chefs and culinary experts who turn different Saskatchewan-grown (and Saskatchewan-raised) ingredients into delicious, contemporary dishes.
“My love for Saskatchewan is deeply rooted in the food we grow here and how we share it with each other,” explained Flat Out Food host Sharp in the season four announcement. “My wish is that the stories we share on Flat Out Food ignite a drive within our viewers to learn more about local food, where and how to source it and why it all matters.”
Produced by HalterMedia Inc., Flat Out Food Season 4 premieres on Wednesday, Feb. 28 at 10 p.m. CST and airs weekly until April 3.
