This crowd pleaser was named after Vancouver’s local soccer legend and Whitecaps FC President Bob Lenarduzzi.
"Rich in herbal elements, this cocktail is perfectly balanced with pink grapefruit juice, sparkling wine and just the right amount of kick," says Justin Taylor, bar manager of Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar.
1/2 oz. Campari
1/2 oz. Cynar
1/4 oz. Okanagan Springs Black Currant Liqueur
3 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
1 oz. sparkling wine
Combine all ingredients, except sparkling wine, in a shaker.
Add ice and shake for 15 seconds.
Double strain over ice in a large collins glass.
Top with sparkling wine
