Kale Chips
5 cups kale, stems removed, leaves torn
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Spread out the torn kale leaves onto 2 baking sheets.
Drizzle lightly with oil, making sure leaves are coated evenly, and season liberally with salt and pepper.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the kale is nice and crispy!
