Marie is the co-president of the Trans Equality Society of Alberta and chairperson of Fierte Canada Pride's national Stand4Trans committee.
6 mint leaves
peach syrup, to taste
1 oz. vodka
1 oz. peach schnapps
cranberry juice, to taste
fresh lime juice, to taste
1 slice lime, for garnish
1 sprig mint, for garnish
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add mint leaves, syrup, vodka, schnapps and juices. Shake, and strain into a collins glass. Garnish with lime slice and mint sprig.
