Ever a popular watering hole during the Calgary Stampede, the on-site party tent and live music venue Nashville North has just unveiled its performer lineup for July 6-16, 2023.
On Thurday, July 6, Canadian country singer Jess Moskaluke will kick things off 11 days of extensvie live music programming that features top-charting acts like Elle King, Tenille Arts, Dallas Smith, MacKenzie Porter, High Valley, and more.
Nashville North is also known for showcasing many independent musical acts throughout the duration of Stampede. Alberta-grown talents like Alex Hughes, Mariya Stokes, Dan Davidson, Drew Gregory, FOXX Worthee and Devin Cooper will be taking the stage on various dates, as well as Kelowna's Teigen Gayse, Toronto's Sacha, and Dani Strong of Kimberley, BC.
“There is no venue like Nashville North,” says Kyle Russell, director of Stampede programming. “Year-after-year it attracts the best artists and provides a platform for people to see both new talent and household names in country music. We can’t wait to kickoff this iconic party.”
The full 2023 Nashville North lineup can now be found online.
In addition to multiple bars serving canned drinks and some food stalls offering casual eats at the back-end of the tent, Nashville North is in close proximity to the midway, making it easy to pop out to try some of the new (and unusual) midway food creations for 2023.
The party tent is also selling daily Buck-The-Line Passes (i.e. VIP passes) for $129 that will allow pass holders to skip the line...which can be quite long during peak hours.
