1 1/2 oz. Odd Society Salal gin
1/4 oz. Pernod
1/2 oz. Honey syrup
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake and fine strain into chilled coupe glass.
2 part honey
1 part hot water
In a bowl or glass, combine honey and hot water. Stir until the honey is fully dissolved.
