Brunch, lunch, or dinner -- whenever you're sitting down for a bite to eat, this slightly floral, bubbly cocktail from Bar C should be in your hand; or at the very least nearby for those celebratory moments.
French 68 cocktail
1 oz blood orange simple syrup
1/2 oz. Campari
1 oz. Hendricks gin
3 1/2 oz. prosecco
3 dashes Scrappy's lavender bitters
1 lemon peel, twisted
Chill martini glass.
Pour syrup, Campari, and Hendricks gin into shaker over ice. Shake and pour into glass.
Top with Prosecco and finish with lavender bitters.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
