After years of planning and construction, Greater Vancouver’s newest luxury boutique hotel is finally ready to open its doors in Richmond, B.C. on Thursday, July 29. Located just minutes from both Vancouver International Airport and Richmond Night Market, the 100-room Versante Hotel boasts a variety of vibrant interior design themes and spa-like amenities, along with multiple exciting dining opportunities.
In addition to features that include in-room smart technologies, a 24-hour fitness facility with rooftop pool and hot tub, and bath amenities by Red Flower, Versante Hotel guests will also have access to 12th floor restaurant Alaia, Mediterranean eatery Bruno, and the Versante Bar, which will provide an array of to-go items and fresh-baked pastries by day and a lounge experience complete with cocktails and share plates by night.
“Having spent almost 20 years managing boutique hotels in Canada and the U.S., I can’t overstate how special a property Versante is,” says general manager David Curell. “In a region crowded with branded hotels, we’re proud to be Richmond’s only independent boutique hotel, and locally owned and operated. Our guests are independent spirits who seek out fresh and innovative experiences everywhere they go.”
The 82,000 square-foot hotel itself was designed by GBL Architects and features guestrooms and suites with distinct decor themes developed by CHIL Interior Design. The hotel will also offer guests a complimentary luxury car service, bike rentals, and a 5,500 square-foot function space for meetings, events, weddings, and more.
