After being forced to cancel its Okanagan stops two years in a row, B.C.-based food festival Feast of Fields recently announced that it will be making a return to Kelowna’s Wiseacre Farm Distillery on September 18.
Similar to previous years, the three-hour wandering gourmet harvest festival will feature food and beverage offerings from local producers that aim to highlight the connections between farmers, chefs, and the Okanagan Valley culinary community.
Event-goers will have the opportunity to sample creations from some of the region’s top chefs, bakers, food artisans, vintners, brewers, and distillers, while enjoying live musical performances and the many cool and quirky intricacies of Wiseacre Farm Distillery.
Feast of Fields is currently offering special “Welcome Back” pricing from now until July 15. Proceeds and funds raised from the festival will go toward FarmFolk CityFolk’s work to cultivate sustainable food systems in B.C. More information can be found online.
