This week, Vancouver's Juke Fried Chicken and its plant-based sister restaurant Beetbox announced that they will both be bringing back their popular Valentine’s Day fried chicken and chick-un bouquets for pickup on February 14.
Juke’s “Let’s Cluck" fried chicken bouquets come complete with eight pieces of of the restaurant’s signature gluten-free, crispy fried chicken, while Beetbox’s “Certified Lover Bouquet” package includes a dozen fried chick-un fingers made from breaded and fried seitan along with a housemade maple mustard dip.
Both Valentine’s Day packages are served in a decorative wrap and can be paired with other menu items, including The Chickadee Room’s newest canned cocktail from bar manager Sabrine Dhaliwal, X Marks the Spot—a refreshingly crisp cocktail inspired by the classic Penicillin cocktail using X by Glenmorangie whisky, honey, ginger, and a carefully formulated alternative acid blend.
Juke Fried Chicken’s “Let’s Cluck” and Beetbox’s “Certified Lover Bouquet” are available for pickup only, and can be pre-ordered online.
