After a remarkable run as the executive director of food, health and lifestyle media company Chetalaine, award-winning journalist Denise Balkissoon recently announced that she will soon be embarking on a new chapter of her career as the leader of Ontario-based publication The Narwhal's new environmental journalism bureau.
While Balkissoon will undoubtedly continue to produce meaningful reporting and inspire the next generation of Canadian journalists in her new position as bureau chief of the progressive non-profit publication, her departure has left Chatelaine in search of a new executive director.
The amazing @balkissoon has left @Chatelaine for an amazing new job, which means Team Chats is hiring an executive editor. We're looking for an A+ journo with genuine kindness & a great sense of humour. Email me (address in bio) with any & all q's!https://t.co/yjGWIjDfUv
