Food and art are coming together for the unique Alta + Audain dining experience presented by Whistler's Alta Bistro and the Audain Art Museum.
On Friday nights from July 16 to September 3, guests can experience a guided tour of the museum followed by an outdoor four-course dinner with contemporary cuisine served from the bistro's vintage Airstream mobile restaurant.
The menu aims to explore the relationship between food and art by highlighting various influential artists and their historic food-related artworks by creating dishes based on those pieces, like a tomato panzanella salad with gazpacho dressing inspired by Andy Warhol’s Campbell's Soup Cans.
Tickets are available online through the museum's website.
