After being forced to relocate following a sudden dispute with a former landlord, Saskatoon’s Bannock Express recently announced that it will be celebrating its official grand reopening this coming weekend at its new location.
Although Bannock was dealt a few more unlucky hands throughout the relocation process, the beloved Saskatoon business appears to have settled in nicely at its new shared space alongside Dulce Pastry and Chocolate and Botte Chai Bar. Since setting up the new shop, Bannock has been gradually getting back to business as usual, and just last week the company announced a new partnership with Saskatoon Co-op that will see its fried bannock sold at Co-op gas stations around the city.
Although exact details have yet to be revealed, Bannock has stated that the reopening party will feature a selection of $2, $5, and $10 menus as well as gift card giveaways and door prizes. Bannock Express’ grand reopening weekend will take place March 4 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and March 5 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
