Vancouver’s acclaimed St. Lawrence is getting ready to celebrate its five-year anniversary next month, and to commemorate the milestone occasion, the restaurant announced this week that it will be launching a special menu of its most popular dishes from throughout the years.
Available from June 7 to July 3, St. Lawrence’s anniversary table d’hôte menu features an all-star array of former favourites from chef J-C Poirier, including starters such as the vol-au-vent with mushrooms and mornay sauce, entrées like the Lapin à la Moutarde, and desserts like the restaurant’s famous Sugar Pie.
Tickets for St. Lawrence’s fifth anniversary menu will be available for $85 per person beginning Friday, May 13 at 4 p.m. (PST).
