The owners of Saskatoon's wildly popular contemporary Italian eatery Primal have just announced an exciting new venture...right across the street.
Award-winning restaurateurs Christie Peters and Kyle Michael took to social media last week to share the news that they have acquired the building and the (now former) restaurant within it, Seoul Korean Restaurant. Located on the other side of the street from Primal, there aren't many details surrounding the soon-to-be-in-renovation concept, but Saskatoonians can likely expect an array of natural wines and unique cocktails (thanks to the expertise of general manager Adrian Chappell) and a food menu that celebrates Prairie ingredients.
"The moment we saw this building for sale we knew it was the one. We have been searching for the right project for the last two years since we heard that the building where we operated The Hollows was going to be demolished," said Peters in her Instagram post last week. "With Primal bursting at the seams and a team hungry for adventure we are excited to bring you a brand new project this spring."
