Updated January 1, 2019.
We all know that there are a lot of ways to try and get inspired for a new year. There are those wonderful guilt trips given to you by loved ones to get you into better shape, no shortage of websites getting you all amped about places to add to your 2018 travel list and, of course, new fashion trends to try. But what about food? This year, instead of aiming to inspire with resolution suggestions or "must-eat" lists, I thought it might be a little more fun to do it in rhyme.
Dr. Seuss has always been amazing at inspiring people (Oh, the Places You'll Go!, if you want a little refresher of the original text), so why not embrace his smooth use of the English language and point it in a culinary direction?
More of a labour of love than anything, really, here's our annual Eat North kick off to the new year. We hope it gives you that little spark to get you going in your own kitchen or a gentle nudge to be a touch more adventurous when you're out for dinner.
